WTF i just heard the news with a fcking SENATOR in the philippines ..
SHE get the 3 witnesses ( MINOR ) with out the consent of the parents and now shes saying that kidnapping is LEGAL as long as you didnt harm them WTF !!! she is ONE of THE MOST CORRUPT person!! GANDANG PHILHEALT

I watched the documentary of vice news about bride kidnapping and they allowed that if I'm not not mistaken they shoot that on Uzbekistan or Kurdistan I forgot it.but I'm sure in there story.in other ways its illegal to kidnap a person whether you harm them or not its the right of very person to refuse whether they like it or not that is the human rights...

watched that news and it was the lady senator that really kidnapped thhe witnesses with out parent consent ! those paretns were interviewed and they confirrm that they wasn't informed with those things and demand for the witnessess to be under DSWD!
