When is the new one happening?  I have received several emails from Coinbase stating it is going to happen and they will be essentially giving out double the coins you have.  The date I received that this would happen already passed.  Are we waiting for something specific to happen or is it like when the mining coins get reduced after X amount of coins are in live circulation.
