Dev Team can confirm that everybody who have/buy 250 k coins can set up Tumblebit Masternode ? Or still is limited number masternodes max 20 Tumblebit Masternodes ?

OK, so you're the one spreading rumours then if you don't produce a confirmed statement from someone in a position of authority,
'open source' .. what does that mean in relation to stratis dev's previous comment on there being a need for 'maybe' only 20 masternodes?
edit: I just said how pissed-off someone would be if they bought 250K and the limit was 20 MN's and they missed out, not exactly spreading a rumour ...
