is that a legitimate website? Can you please give us more info on your the site as well as how it works or this is posted just for advrtisement. It's kinda wierd having a reviews like that even if it seems to be a scam.
No, it's just a troll post nothing else. Also, if you'll consider to visit the site link (before asking if it is legit or not) it shows now a common 404 error.
I checked the domain details using whois.net and it seems OP used a privacy guard in order to hide his/her info. If someone out there have been scammed, I guess you could try to send an abuse report on the registrar
