I may have been reading the Block Shares graph on the Blocks page incorrectly.
So if the Actual (orange line) and Average (green line) are below the Expected (blue line), does it mean:
1. it took us less time (less shares) to find blocks OR
2. we found less blocks
In the last hour we had a 108% luck (unlucky), yet if the first case above was true, it would mean we have found blocks quicker than expected, right? However, the Block Overview below shows the opposite and makes me think the second case is true.
Can anyone confirm or even elaborate further?

Number 1 is correct.
Mathematically ideal, expected number is 100%. If it took more time than expected then it increases.
0 <-> 100 <-> infinite
Lucky <----> Unlucky
Lower the better.
Blocks page shows last 20 blocks so it may and may not reflect last hour, or last 24 hours or last 7 days luck.

Not sure at this moment. Pool usually add pools which is listed on bittrex or poloniex.
i wonder if i use multipool miner can i get the miner working some algorimth isnt shown in the multi alto auto switch configuration?
MultiPoolMiner doesn't rely on pool's multi auto switch configuration.

sending to exchange is paid by pool.
Sold in btc and buying other coin pays fee in rate of amount. This is unavoidable even you exchange manually.
Withdraw fee is also charged. This is paid per withdrawal request and not related to amount. Pool withdraw them when it exceeds certain amount to lower the withdrawal fee.
Also fee is paid in 1/n in this case. You pay much less than your manual exchanging.
We have to pay fee to exchange site whether we use auto exchange feature or not.
Usually you save much money if you exchange monero from auto exchange because monero's network fee is quite big that sending small amount is very harmful.
Pool sends them in bulk so pool auto exchange has fundamental advantage over manual exchanging in some cases.
3. Low hashrate is not that ideal usually. Pool would exclude your shares by PPLNS method if your shares are inserted too rarely.

Does this affect the multipool miners? How long do I have to mine on a given algorithm so my share would count?
Pool hopppers got more than their contribution before because they used vulnerability on calculating block based contribution (This is called PROP)
PPLNS is not just invented to punish pool hoppers, but to distribute fairly.
PPLNS considers time based share contribution so this does not affect normal miners. PPLNS is known to be the most fair method currently.

I withdraw my manual payout in miningpool hub since yesterday But i didnt receive the money in bittrex. Any help maybe it stock in the air.. but I saw its completed

If it's ETH and if you didn't send more than 0.1 ETH, then bittrex will not show your coin at all.
Let me know what coin you sent and your id.
MPH, have you looked into adding BitcoinZ? It looks promising due to its decentralised nature. Could also work well with the rest of the equihash algos in multipool setup.

On the FAQ page you have a list of commands, one for each algorithm. However when I have ethminer in that list it never gets passed that:

Maybe setting "--farm-retried 0" would do it. I haven't tested it, but read the source code.
I really see "--farm-retries" and not with a d (just as I had it) in the code: https://github.com/ethereum-mining/ethminer/blob/master/ethminer/MinerAux.h#L138
And I got it from the batch file examples in the FAQ from miningpoolhub.com so I think the example is not working as described.
If it is not working maybe better change the example...
Well actually the problem is that it worked well with previous genoil-ethminer.
There's several ethminer released from different dev with same name.
I added claymore miner option on FAQ page now.

Does it happening still? Zcoin had some error during hardfork block. It's resolved now.
