It is not suggested at all because you can make a lot of loss with panic selling i would suggest to just wait till it grows again and hold your coins if it goes down because it will go back up in fact i would even buy more bitcoins then.
I experienced this before yes i loose big money because of panic selling and now i learned from that mistake. So people if you don't need much that money don't sell it believe on it because cryptocurrency is our future. People should understand the value of holding, bitcoin is really good for long term believe me.
