From block 1 to 999, 1500 coins per block. (First 999 blocks had been premined for the purpose of activities on give away, promotion, encourage and reward, eg. for mining pools, block explorer, trading platform.);
Then 1 coins per block, and halves every 87400 blocks (2 months).

Getting Started:

1. Start up USCoin-qt.exe, wait for it to load, then exit.
2. Put USCoin.conf in your c:/users/**yourcomputername**/appdata/roaming/USCoin, you can also use %appdata%/USCoin

3. create a shortcut of USCoin-qt.exe, add paremeters –daemon –server,
Then start shortcut to USCoin-qt.exe, and you should connect and sync.
4. Launch cgminer or whatever mining program you like and begin mining.
      cgminer ex: cgminer.exe --scrypt -o localhost:21002 -u **yourusername** -p **password** (without **)
