I think before hard fork are the best time to buy bitcoin but I'm not sure bitcoin dump during the fork hoping bitcoin still stay the price during the incoming fork as strong currency, so watch out mate monitor the what happen the price before fork 2 to 3 days before fork if have changes the value.
