I just received my first D3 - I was shocked to see 20GHz average! 
AND very happily surprised to see that I had the option to control the fan speed! (50% works perfectly and is much less noisy than the auto-tune S9!)

Have you checked whattomine.com recently? Hate to break it to you, but your profit is $2 a day and heading down fast!only been mining with my 2 D3 for 24 hours and i will say profit is way more than $2 a day. lol
