Yeah, I had that as well, so looked into it a little. I think it's an IRC thing for communicating with the network. Avast has it down as a PUP - 'Potentially Unwanted Program' - rather than a virus or the Trojan that Windows defender flags it up as; Kapersky lists it as an IRCbot; K7 lists it as 'risk ware'. So I added an exception to it on a Windows VM, installed and checked the registry. Didn't find anything sinister, and the wallet has been running fine for over a couple of weeks now
