I use Msi Afterburner  for my 1080TIs with power limit 66% clock +70 memory +650,  no crash in 4 months, max TDP 168w.
The rig 6x is in my room with open frame, cards run cooler with this settings  ( fans 50-60%,  55-65°C), low noise do not worry
Remember this setting are good only for mining, if you want to SLI and game you should consider undervolting or another PSU
