What's the barrel length on this bad boy? Beautiful firearm but it looks like it might be classified as an SBR - some states are not fond of them.
The barrel length does not qualify this rifle as a SBR.
SBR require a federal tax stamp in all states I believe.
You can own this gun without any need for a tax stamp.
