I don't think that all the lowest altcoins have the right time or right to buy on that coins. I just suggest to preferring altcoins that are already familiar to many investors for investing, because for coins that are not interested to many people for investing.. I think it will continue to be at a low value and can't afford the opportunity to gain high profits.
