I think the main reason make cash better than Bitcoin is it can be use worldwide without internet but Bitcoin can be used worldwide without internet connection cause Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency so Internet connection is the requirement to can be able to use it. Beside Bitcoin is not legalized worldwide moreover it's banned in few countries so I think these are some reason make cash better than Bitcoin.
i think it depend on the person need if he need bitcoin then he will not like cash but if he need cash then off course he will change bitcoins to cash and most probably people needed cash because in mostly area still bitcoin is not accepted for payment so that why people are converting bitcoin to cash.
