hwinfo64 works fine with vega, no speed decrease or lockups. Just disable GPU I2C Support in settings.
I think I made it stable. I disabled all "weird stuff" from hwinfo, including direct hardware access, i2c ecc. Don't know exactly what, but it's showing temperatures and not blocking any more
