I checked the price of several altcoins where value dropped 20-30x since June:
BTS, ZCL, LBC.
Perhaps these are the safest buys.

i have no idea why BTS keep has its value dropping but seems like its because of the uprising coins.
IIRC, BTS is the first coin that start off with DPOS? They have an decentralized exchange. However, seems like they are getting outperform by others
