I liked this project when it was announced months back, but multiple delays just discouraged a lot of people, now that crowdsale is finally open, I hope all the keen people will be back to participate..
You are right, multiple delays are annoying.. also for me as investor. But looking back now it was a good decision to avoid any problems with all the regulations.
Time changed everything
