Part of the issue getting listed may be the name. Educoin wasn't uniquely named. There's currently an active EducoinV running Scrypt algo that Yobit has listed.
Coingather isn't going to list it without 2500 votes, i'd recommend digging into your dev pockets and covering that. At this point it's likely your cheapest option.
