nope, the airdrop closed two weeks ago, and it's looks like a scam because we haven't see any update since a week and last dev Active was November 03, 2017, 08:27:21 AM.
at this point you can't say that, dev tokens still intact, site as changed and white paper for next weekend, next week if it fails we can talk
