Honestly for anyone asking the same question just don't do it. Strike it off as a loss because your likely to rush to try and get it back and end up losing a lot more. I wish I learned this sooner in life.
When you once lost, never try to get it back. Things are better when you leave gambling, when you are an addict of this, you can’t make anything better in your life. Because whatever you want to make good, gambling will reverse it and at the end of day, you will be ending with a lot of losses rather profits. So be vigilant, make your decisions wisely. Never try to return back once lost.
If you havr a capability to bet high and read the flow of the game then maybe you can try to win it back, but if you try it often and failed multiple times then better quit, maybe gambling too hard is not for you. Find some activities that will worth your time and effort. The moment we try it sometimes thats the only time will know if it's worth it than just reading random stuffs here.

I agree, if you failed to win back your losses for several times, probably you need to quit or rest for some days.  Let go of all the losses and never chase them.  It might cause you more damage and a lot of stress.  You will never think and use your strategy normally because you are thinking of something else.  If you let go and have a fresh start again, you can see that your move and strategy will be a lot more better.
