At first, don't boycott the forum rules by participating in the campaign which you are managing at first.
There's no forum rule about anything like this.
In fact, there's almost no forum rule about anything in regards to signature campaigns.
Most rules have formed over the years and are community enforced, not forum enforced.
Then reply to others. You had lot of complaints about boycotting the forum rules.
