check the path, maybe its different in your language, and replace "YOU" with the name of your user in windows
c:\users\YOU\appdata\roaming\riecoin

Or at least find the folder where you store wallet.dat and blockchain, inside it you can create riecoin.conf and add this nodes.

Also if you or anyone wants more or new nodes.

You can extract them from the block explorer.

If you click in this web, and click in "node list" you will see a big list of nodes from block explorer to add into your wallet.
