Sorry but I do not quite understand with this, does it mean that I wont get anything if I only have 9 referrals with great trading volume? I think it is not attractive referral program, you should not give a limit for this imo. Getting referral is not an easy work, so we should have to earn something no matter how many referral we have. At least give lower percentage for below 10 referred users.
