for starting pos, youre coins need to be in youre wallet for at least 6 hours. Then youre coins are mature and can start staking. Just make shore, you have encryted youre wallet and it is unlocked for staking.
listings on exchange can happen any moment now, we are waiting on them. Everything on HOLD side is done.
