I bought eBTC when it came out, I kept the coins in EtherDelta. Guess what, they made a token swap. And guess what? It was automatic, and I got none because my tokens were in the Exchange..
Same thing happened to me! I have got nothing for the same reason. I am not sure if it is coming from them being amateurs or it is just scam scheme.
You had notice for a couple of weeks that the swap was happening and to transfer your ebtc to your private wallet. The fault lies within you if you fail to keep track of your investments.
