I finally made the order The whole experience was a bit like being on a TV gameshow. Having failed to do it within the 30 minute time limit I decided to get my BCH together first. Bought BTC, transferred it to exchange, exchanged for BCH and went to Bitmain website (possibly the slowest site ever) to place order, in the meantime value of BCH dropped meaning the original price of 1.66 was now 1.88 BCH.  Back to square one and added more funds to place the order. Between waiting for transactions, confirmation emails and 2FA the whole process took over two hours Now all I have to do is wait till January.
