Yes the dev is still very active however not very much on here but he is on discord and slack. He also just made a few tweets in the past couple of days talking about the whitepaper almost being finished so I think we will get to see this complete by the end of the year. Then in 2018, we should start to see more developments being released and hopefully also the dev will be able to work on his other side project, Boat coin which needs some love right now.
