does anyone know why US residents can participate only in pre-sale, but not in the main sale? what the difference?
This is mostly because of regulatory restrictions around contributions via ITO to blockchain startups. Every US citizen has to complete an Accredited Investor verification and go through a Pre-sale Agreement.
