2) Will mining will payout directly to my Ether address automatically? or do you need to do a manual claim?

You have to manually mint it every time.
How do you mint it?
Does it not mine automatically? or is the calculator tool what you will get each time you run the mine function?
If that is the case you manually mine after the coinage rises then pay gas in exchange for claiming the tokens?
