I don't think so it's a scam, its a no 2 coin after the Bitcoin nowadays most of the ICO based on Ethereum. In my opinion it will continue rise & hope it will be doubled by the end of this year.
It is hard to think that the price of Ethereum will be doubled by the end of this year,it had its golden moments when all the projects started coming out and now i do not think that we would see an exceptional rally to double its price,we could see some movements but not like the rallies we saw in the past.
I agree surely we can see again those golden moments of ethreum but maybe not this year again , It's unlikely to double it's price given that we onlu have less than 2 months left for this year , Let's look forward to it next year I think it was possible to happen
