Very likely, that does depend on the exchanges though, we may arrange this with some, but will have a smart contract token changer in place so you can buy and sell tokens without an exchange.
I mention at start that I didn't get deep in reading yet to draw final conclusion but at large first question appeared in my mind about this business model is like this. Have you sorted out issue of using drones for these purposes mentioned to be carried out in post ICO era because there were some concerns shown by the air traffic control for privacy and safety issues of public air transportation ?
