The ICO price was when BTC was just over $2k or so, being about $4/MNX.
Currently it's double that at just over $8/MNX. The ICO price has been beaten. BTC has simply gained a lot of value since the ICO.
Also, maybe read the forum? Your question about other exchanges is asked multiple times on nearly every page, because nobody reads. Go read. It's been answered many times.
