This is the only thing I can agree with. I'm sure a community member who has passed the bar would be more than happy to consult/advocate. I'd like that, actually.
More to the point, I WANT a member of the community to examine this case extremely carefully, and then advise those involved on a course of action. Then have him/her post here about it. Then I'll promptly have a heart attack from laughing.
