These limitations are not new, you should know this long time before ...
Yes we knew, but Mt.Gox didn't accept our documents to get verified, so we had to resend them. Everything had to be done with regular mail because they needed the original documents with the attorney's postille, basically we're behind this from weeks now.
Anyway, this won't affect the delivery of batch 2 as there's still time to get the chips and respect the promised delivery terms.
