I can tell you from experience that default settings are working perfectly. Depending on the exchange you want to trade on and the volume it supports, it may be better to disable the "Try to stay Alone on Top Orders Book". This can be found by opening the market's tab => Generator & Parameters => Mode => General.
It is best to avoid competing with other bots and try to give a "better" price, it just spoils the profit margin.

Other than that, you can use the default settings and it will work fine. Try it this way first before you attempt changing anything - it is better to understand what you are doing first.
