If you need a loan, go to a bank, use your credit card, get a pay day loan, ask friends etc.  Then you can purchase some bitcoins or you can purchase hardware to mine bitcoins.  Or you can find something that you have to sell and earn bitcoins that way.

There are lots of options, but it will be nearly impossible to find someone to give you a loan here with an opening like that.
