We are on two chains: people that are still in the 1.1.4 version (minor part) and exchanges and services and most of users on the 1.1.5 evidently due to a lack of communication of the dev team in btctalk in twitter or anywhere
They seems only update the github and the devs blog in the embercoin.io website.

Cryptopia and all the exchanges/services put EMB on maintenance still the mayority of users upgrades to 1.1.5 version.

This thread is basically a mess, probably we need another one community topic or at least right now use social media to spread the word to this bunch of people that still are on the old chain.
