Hey there.

I have recently gotten into this whole crypto-world. A long time ago I actually started mining bitcoins, but the returns were so bad I stopped (I would be rich if I had not, back in the time where you could make some decent bitcoin just with your pc...)

Anyway. I am trying to convince people that Bitcoin is the future. But currently people think I'm some crazy idiot. Why would you invest into virtual money?

What advice do you have to get people interested in Bitcoin?
In convincing people about bitcoin you just have to share  your experiences unto them and you just have to be true. I find that incredibly annoying, especially due to the media - which is a good point. In my country the media also portrays it as some kind of money created out of thin air, only used by criminals and people who want to buy drugs. No one really explains what is really going on and if they explain it, the explanation is so shitty I want to call them and explain to them that they are just plain wrong. How do you deal with that? I know you can just ignore it. You will gain so much money and can also encourage people.
