It's not limited and can't be limited. It just has Ukrainian origins and flavor.
how can i recover my karbowanec from wallet that was before fork?
- Just open wallet file in new wallet software
- Import private keys into new wallet software if you have the keys

i am having container file that unable to open with walletd , any help on that?
Ah, it's walletd container? Are you sure it's container? Try to open it in simplewallet or GUI. If you think it IS walletd container, try to open in the same walletd version that container was created. At least to export the keys which you can then import to other wallets.
