for me it didnt worked also. first he told me 4 hours. i tipped(its paying actually) him. after the 4 hours have passed i asked him if i can tip him more so he it could instant confirm. he told me 10 dollars for 10 minutes confirmation. after it didnt worked again he begann to claim that my transaction were special etc yededeya. at least i got my 10 dollars back(of course unconfirmed).


spend 7 dollars for nothing.... i dont call him scammer but it smells fishy. make your own oppinion.
