It is just an UI. Creating good UIs is not difficult. The important thing is the technical stuff and the demo does not show anything about it. It also seems that the UI itself is not taken from a running app but was created by an agency.

Nevertheless, I agree with you that decentralized exchanges are the future. But not sure it will be the Blocknet DEX
