I'm having trouble getting my USB hub to work on my USB 3.0 ports, but it works fine in my USB 2.0 ports. Any idea where to look to fix this, besides the obvious driver issues? (It will load 6 of 9 eruptors in a usb 3.0 port, but it works flawlessly in a 2.0 port)

That's odd, never seen that before. Anyone know?

First I want to say thank you for making such an easy to use miner! This is my first entry into serious mining and the miner makes it easy.  I'm using the bitminter client to mine on an USB block erupter. I think I am still on the old "getwork" protocol and would like to be using stratum to mine. Are there settings in the miner to help with this or do I need to use another miner that is stratum capable? Thanks.

Stratum support coming soon Smiley

I'm not sure what exactly is the cause, but they will throttle and stop, then restart once they get work again. I have very fast internet, so speed isn't a problem on my end.

The problem is not that they aren't getting work, it's that they are not returning any results. The computer sends them work but they never find any proofs of work.

Which version of BitMinter client are you running? And are these 10 devices block erupters or something else?
