You dont have ETh in your wallet...... You need ETH in your wallet.
I create a new address on myetherwallet, I do not have any ETH quantity on this new myetherwallet account.
I send my 690 aprox ETHD to abi, and fill the form with the contract signed details and my new address on myetherwallet.
Are you sure I need to have eth on this new wallet? I saw the videos and do not remember this.

My Ether Wallet needs ETH inside the wallet to work. You don't need a lot, but you need at least a small amount.
