If i have 10000$, I would definately buy ethereum.Ethereum was the second breakthrough after Bitcoin, with their awesome smart contracts feature.
There are some countries that are banning ICOs and from what I see it will not make ETH go more than $350, so do not put too many expectations in ETH
If I have 10k I will buy 1.ETH 2. NEO and OMG

With so many geniuses with crystal ball: "bitcoin valera $18000 next year" obviously a poor guy like me will buy btc in hopes of getting more than 200% profit
