Only downside I notice is that the POS % that they will give you everyday is different on the actual %. They didn't explain their fee for POS rewards, still better that solo staking if you have very few coins to stake alone.
This. For instance, if you have even one coin of a POS coin that you woud otherwise need millions to get a stake, you will always get something, but a bit less than solo staking in total percentage. But it's a decent, yet small, trade.
