my AUC3 was broken, do you guys know where to order the new one here in US?
If you bought the unit new you can also contact Canaan, and open a ticket letting them know you had a defective piece, they'll want you to give them the rundown of all the troubleshooting you did to arrive there.
Was it the auc converter or the cable? Thought it was the cable because your auc lights were good?
idk, but mine AUC3 shown green. i ordered a 5 pins cable, let's see if it's a cable or not. Can you guys share me your kernel log, i want to see if my Controller run normally or not.
