i suggest wait a little bit because bitcoins value can still go lower due to the fact that fork has now been cancelled, thats why the value of bitcoin thesedays are now slowly decreasing but its up to you , if you cannot wait then you can always buy it anytime as long as you have a capital and wont care or regret if what will be the bitcoins value on the next day.
