I have best results with -250 memory not + ( 72 TDP,130 core clock) => 700 h/s with aorus, 685 with windforce
that is kinda strange, because equihash are in love with the memory clock, I getting more sols I do overclock memory as well
I have Palit SuperJetstrim @ PL90 + 50 core and 200mem - I see like 770-780 h/s
and cause electricity is pretty cheap I'm happy with that
