Sa dami ng tanong wala silang sagot kasi hindi naman sila active dito. Saka ang panget ng support nila. Kagaya ng nangyari sa friend ko nagcashout sya sa cardlesa ng security bank okay na lahat tapos biglang nag error sa machine nakalagay cancelled then nagtext sa kanya coins.ph na nawithdraw na daw nya yung pera. Nag email sya sa coins pero sabi sa security bank daw magpunta tapos pagpunta nya sa security bank ang sabi coins.ph daw ang dapat magsend ng dispute sa kanila. kaso itong coins.ph walang pakialam sa customer nila!

Since ang Security Bank ang nagfafacilitate ng cash out option na ito, we would need to confirm with them kung ano ang final status ng transaction ninyo before we can take any further action.
