Hey guys just got a small airflow question. I have cats at home so I have to use a "closed" case and so I'm re-using an old case I had

Specs
2g ddr3 kingston (cheaper then buying 1 g)
225 AMD x2 AM3 (long story short 5e more then the 140 so might as wel)
G-byte MB
1x 5830 - Slight o/c at 850 runing stable 24+ hours at 62c
525w Bronze 80+ enermax pfc modular power supply

My problem is two fold, 1 i notice a few hash rejections (4000 shares submitted 100~ rejected)  in a pool, not sure what that means but i dont think it's a problem as even without the o/c and so on it did it anyhow.

My real problem is my PSU feels sooo hot and so is the top of the case, i was thinking of adding a fan in the back ONTO the grill of of the PSU sucking the hot air and pushing it out but i was unsure if that would mess up the air flow from the 120' fan it has built in .. the rest of the pc seams pretty cool mb is around 30c' and so on.. .. i've added fotos, if any one has any idea on how to reduce temp to further help + see any out points, let me know.
